Job summary

Quality Hotel Wangaratta Gateway is seeking a reliable, energetic Casual Housekeeping Team Member to join our friendly team in Wangaratta. The role offers approximately 25–30 hours per week with weekend availability essential, and training provided.

You will clean guest rooms to a high standard, make beds, replenish amenities and maintain common areas, contributing to exceptional guest presentation and experience.

This position offers approximately 25–30 hours per week, with weekend availability essential. The role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being part of a team and understands the importance of providing our guests with exceptionally clean and well-presented accommodation.

Key responsibilities

• Cleaning and servicing guest rooms to a high standard
• Making beds and changing linen
• Cleaning bathrooms and replenishing guest amenities
• Vacuuming, dusting and general room presentation
• Cleaning and maintaining common areas as required
• Reporting maintenance issues or damaged items
• Working efficiently to meet daily housekeeping schedules
• Following hotel cleaning, hygiene and safety procedures

About you

• Reliable, punctual and has a strong work ethic

• Takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness
