The Role

We are hiring for two roles at El Questro Station and El Questro Emma Gorge. The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee the housekeeping department at El Questro Resort. Lead a medium-sized team to ensure all guest accommodations are serviced daily according to operational checklists.

Duties

• Cleaning public amenities and laundries for the large-scale campground
• Providing hands-on training to all housekeeping staff
• Communicating effectively within the department, front office, and with guests, including updates on resort products, guest satisfaction, and team performance
• Reporting maintenance needs for guest accommodations and public areas to the Maintenance Manager and monitoring prompt action
• Preparing rooms for new staff arrivals
• Maintaining cleanliness and stock levels in staff communal areas for toiletries and supplies

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a Housekeeping Management role
• Experience working at remote properties is highly regarded
