Healthscope's Victoria Clinic in Prahran is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Cleaner on a casual basis. The role offers flexible shifts across Monday to Sunday at a 115-bed private psychiatric facility on Malvern Road.

You will maintain high cleaning standards, follow infection control and WHS policies, and provide friendly service to staff and patients. Previous hospital cleaning experience is preferred, with commitment to a supportive, patient-centered environment.

About the role:

The Victoria Clinic is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Cleaner to join the team on a casual basis. The shift times are flexible to work a variety of shifts Monday – Sunday.

You will take pride in your work, have a friendly and positive work attitude and achieve high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction, in this faced paced and varied environment.

As this role will be responsible for ensuring the highest cleaning standards across the hospital, it would be beneficial if you have had some previous experience working within a hospital and understand the cleaning nuances of working within this unique environment.

The Victoria Clinic is currently a 115 patient-bed private psychiatric facility located on Malvern Road in Prahran.

This architecturally designed, purpose-built mental health facility specialises in the provision of high-quality inpatient mental health services.

As a Housekeeping Cleaner, your responsibilities will include:

• Provide high standard of cleaning services
• Operate in line with infection control standards and WHS policy & procedures
• Deliver excellent customer service to staff, clients and patients

• Authority to Work in Australia
• Experience in Healthcare/hotel cleaning (desirable)
• Commitment to service excellence.

Applicants will be required to provide a current National Police check, WWCC (where applicable) and Evidence of right to work in Australia prior to appointment.
