Crystalbrook Albion in Surry Hills is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to uphold pristine rooms and guest spaces with care, efficiency and warmth. You will bring previous housekeeping experience, strong communication, and a flexible, problem-solving mindset; visa holders welcome for 6+ months, with a 7-day roster including weekends.

Qualifications

• We are looking for previous housekeeping experience preferably from Hospitality, Tourism or Hotels.
• You will have engaging communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, flexible approach to problem solving.
• Visa Holders - commitment to a minimum of 6 months employment.
• Availability across a 7-day roster which includes weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create beautifully presented guest rooms by making beds, refreshing linen and towels, replenishing amenities and ensuring every detail is ready for arrival.
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards across guest rooms, bathrooms and shared hotel spaces.
• Work efficiently across allocated rooms and priorities, supporting smooth daily room turnaround and hotel operations.
• Respond to guest requests with warmth, professionalism and discretion, helping create a comfortable and memorable stay.
• Keep housekeeping trolleys, equipment and supplies organised, clean and ready for use.
• Identify and report maintenance issues, damage or lost property so they can be addressed quickly.
• Follow safe work practices, including correct chemical handling, manual handling and hygiene procedures.
• Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Front Office and the wider hotel team to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Bring care, pride and attention to detail to every room, ensuring our guests experience the quality and personality expected at Crystalbrook Albion.

Role Purpose:

If so, this may be the role for you! We are seeking a new Housekeeping Attendant and the role will report into our Housekeeping Manager and work within an effective and passionate team.
