• Replenish guest amenities, linen, and room supplies.
• Conduct room inspections to ensure quality and brand standards.
• Report maintenance issues, lost property, and guest requests promptly.
• Assist with laundry and housekeeping operational needs.
• Support sustainability and environmental initiatives.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences through immaculate presentation standards, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to service. The role and key duties

• Service guest rooms and suites to Ardour brand standards;
• Complete check-out cleans, stayover services, and room refreshes efficiently and thoroughly;
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of public areas, restaurants, guest facilities, and wellness spaces;
• Replenish guest amenities, linen, and room supplies;
• Conduct room inspections to ensure quality and brand standards are consistently met;
• Report maintenance issues, lost property, and guest requests promptly;
• Assist with laundry and housekeeping operational requirements as needed;
• Support the hotel's sustainability and environmental initiatives;
• Work collaboratively with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Essential criteria required to be considered

• Previous experience in a housekeeping, room attendant, or cleaning role, ideally from within a hotel environment;
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining impeccable standards;
• Strong time management and organisational skills;
• The ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team environment;
• Excellent reliability, punctuality, and work ethic;
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays;
• A positive attitude and passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences;
• Reliable transport to and from work.
