Job summary

Infinite Aged Care is seeking a dedicated housekeeping team member to support our residents in a warm, safe environment. You will clean dining areas, lounges and resident rooms, follow hygiene protocols, and maintain hazard-free work areas as part of a hotel‑like healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in laundry, cleaning or servery roles preferred (6+ months).

The Opportunity

At Infinite Aged Care, our housekeeping team members play a vital role in creating positive daily experiences for our residents by ensuring the care home is clean, welcoming and comfortable to live in everyday! Working and reporting to the Hotel Services Team Leader, you will help deliver high-quality cleaning services that meet workplace safety, hazard free, hygiene standards that contribute to a homelike atmosphere. About The Role

Your shift starts with a short briefing with the Housekeeping Team Leader to go through the daily schedule and tasks that will cover;

• Clean and tidy the dining areas, hallways, lounges, library and residents' rooms.
• Follow all hygiene protocols while performing cleaning tasks with a stable trolley and equipment.
• Maintain work areas in a clean, safe, trip-free and hazard-free condition at all times.

This is a physically active role requiring daily bending, squatting, lifting, and pushing a housekeeping trolley. You must be able to perform these tasks safely to protect yourself, your team, and our residents.

About You

• Previous experience in a laundry, cleaning, & Servery roles (6+ months experience preferred)
• Holds (paid) NDIS workers screening check - or willingness to obtain
• Be a strong team player, you are friendly, respectful, courteous and has a strong work ethic
• A warm, friendly and compassionate approach, with a genuine desire to support and engage with our residents.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety, with the ability to follow procedures and communicate clearly with your team.
• Proactive in supporting residents in dining areas, helping to maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free environment.
• A confident problem-solver who can work independently, take initiative and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
• Reliable, hardworking, flexible and with good availability to cover a variety of shifts.
