2Stay accommodation and Homestay Plus are looking for an experienced Accommodation Manager for an immediate start.

This position is a full-time permanent position, working 38 hours per week, based in Sydney – NSW.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading service-excellence operations
  • Management of customer feedback and complaints
  • Delivering exceptional service experiences
  • Overseeing the implementation of 2Stay’s policies and procedures ensuring policies and procedures are adhered
  • Diploma level qualification and at least 2 years of full-time experience in a similar role; or
  • At least 3 years of work experience in a similar role in lieu of academic qualification.
