EVT is seeking a kitchen hand/steward to join our hotel and entertainment network across Australia. You will support daily kitchen operations, maintain high food safety standards, and help the senior chef with prep and cleaning tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience as kitchen hand/steward in a hotel, pub, restaurant or cafe.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and OH&S standards to maintain a clean, safe kitchen.
• Support daily kitchen operations and assist senior chef.
• Wash dishes and keep kitchen clean and organised.
• Minimise waste through careful handling of food and resources.
