$30.05 p/hr + 25% for casual loading ($37.56)

Hospitality Officer | Blue Care | Kirrahaven Aged Care Facility

Employment Term: Casual positions available with view for permanent when shifts become vacant. Must be available for both morning (0600 - 1400 ) and afternoon shifts (1400 - 1930 ) and at least every second weekend

Location: Kirrahaven Aged Care Facility in Kirra

Remuneration: $30.05 per hour ($37.56 with casual loading) + Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (increases your take home pay) + Penalties & Allowances

About the role

This is a unique employment opportunity for Hospitality Workers to restore their work life balance and gain employment in one of Australia’s fastest growing industries. As a Hospitality Officer, you will be driven, organised and take pride in your presentation and providing support to residents with the following tasks:

Prepare, cook and deliver food in adherence with Australian food safety standards and dietary requirements of our elderly residents

Be willing to support senior hospitality staff members with daily operations which may include housekeeping and laundry services

Be required to uphold impeccable hygiene standards

Role requirements

Prior hospitality experience in kitchen or cleaning

Enthusiasm and strong self-motivation

Great communication skills and excellent attention to detail

NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain

Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies.
