BlueCare is looking for a Hospitality Officer in Bundaberg to support residents with meals and daily tasks in a casual role. You will help prepare meals, uphold hygiene, and assist with housekeeping and laundry as needed.

The successful candidate will be organized, driven and capable of delivering high standards of service in a community-focused aged care environment, with training provided and eligibility for salary packaging options.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality roles, particularly kitchen or cleaning duties.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and stay motivated.
• Willingness to undergo probity checks as required by policy.

Responsabilités

About the role:

As aHospitality Officer,you will be driven, organised and take pride in your presentation and providing support to residents with the following task:

• Prepare and deliver food service in adherence with Australian food safety standards and dietary requirements of our elderly residents
• Be willing to support senior hospitality staff members with daily operations which may include housekeeping and laundry services

Role requirements:

• Prior hospitality experience in kitchen or cleaning
• Enthusiasm and strong self-motivation
• Great communication skills and excellent attention to detail
• Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
