Job summary

RFBI Hawkins Masonic Village is seeking a part-time Hospitality Officer to join our friendly team. You will support across catering, cleaning and laundry duties, delivering quality services to residents and ensuring a comfortable, caring environment.

The role emphasizes ability to work unsupervised, prior aged care or hospitality experience, and current First Aid certification. This position offers competitive hourly rates and salary sacrifice options within NSW aged care facilities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in an aged care setting (desirable).
• Previous experience working in catering, cleaning and laundry.

• Current First Aid Certificate.
• Certificate III in Aged Care (desirable).
• Certificate III in Hospitality or qualification in Safe Food Handling (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Prepare catering area in line with appropriate processes to ensure effective delivery of catering services.
• Assist with the preparation of meals in compliance with health and nutritional standards, providing high quality efficient and effective service.
• Clean resident rooms and common areas ensuring our village is tidy and free of waste.
• Ensures residents clothing and laundry items are laundered correctly.

Job description

This as an exciting opportunity for a Hospitality Officer to join our friendly team at RFBI Hawkins Masonic Village.

Position Information:

RFBI Hawkins is seeking an experienced individual who is interested in working across our Catering and Hotel Services departments on a part-time basis. Within this dynamic role, you will assist across our catering, cleaning and laundry departments, delivering quality food and cleaning services to our residents and ensuring they feel as comfortable and cared for as possible.
