Slade Pharmacy Geelong, part of Icon Group, is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to join the Epworth Private Hospital site in Geelong. This permanent part-time role involves 2–3 weekdays per week, with negotiable days and hours to suit the successful candidate.

You’ll be the friendly first point of contact for pharmacy customers, with opportunities to gain exposure to dispensary duties in the future. Prior pharmacy experience is valued, but exceptional customer service and a willingness to learn are

Qualifications

• Previous pharmacy or dispensary experience is valued.
• Strong customer service and a positive attitude are essential.
• Willingness to learn and develop in hospital pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Assist in selling S2 and S3 medicines with appropriate knowledge.
• Assist customers with general queries and liaise with hospital staff.
• Replenish stock and help maintain inventory in pharmacy and hospital.
• Process orders and deliver medications to wards.
• Support pharmacy teams with other duties as needed.
