Job summary

Eastern Health in Melbourne is seeking a passionate Grade 1 or 2 Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy Department. The role is based at Angliss Hospital and will rotate to Wantirna Health and Peter James Centre when adequately trained, with weekend and public holiday shifts as required after training.

You will work within a broad multidisciplinary team and be supported to engage in practice-based learning and development.

Qualifications

• Current pharmacist registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Previous hospital or community pharmacist experience.
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a diverse team.
