Animal Emergency Australia (AEA) is seeking its next Hospital Manager for AES Cannington, part of a national, employee‑owned emergency veterinary network. This hands‑on leadership role will guide 70+ clinical and support staff to deliver quality care to the local community while collaborating with the Regional Operations Manager.

You will optimise rostering, workflows and procurement, drive client satisfaction and staff engagement, and ensure compliance across operations.

Qualificações

• Experience leading teams in healthcare or similar high-stakes environments.
• Proven ability to improve performance and engagement across a hospital or clinic.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership style.
