Job summary

St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to support the Operations Manager in delivering reactive and scheduled maintenance across SVHM campuses. You will coordinate labour, contractors and materials for plant, equipment and facilities, and ensure BEIMS data is up to date.

Qualifications

• Trade qualifications or relevant maintenance experience in multi-story health facilities.
• Victorian Electrician’s licence recognised by the Office of the Chief Electrical Inspector.
• Disconnect/Reconnect worker’s licence or willingness to obtain; building trades knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate labour/contractors, materials and services for maintenance.
• Ensure BEIMS data is up to date and accurate.
• Maintain Plant & Equipment including electrical, HVAC, plumbing; ensure optimal operation.
• Provide after-hours coordination as part of 24/7 on-call roster.
• Assist energy and sustainability planning and monitoring.
