Job summary

St Vincent’s Private Hospital Brisbane – Melbourne VIC is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to support the Operations Manager in delivering reactive and scheduled maintenance across SVHM facilities.

You will coordinate labour, contractors and materials, review building management and energy systems, and provide 24/7 after-hours support as part of a busy, safety‑conscious engineering team.

Qualifications

• Trade qualifications or ample maintenance experience in multi-story health care facilities.
• Electrical trades must have Victorian Electrician’s licence recognized by the OCEI.
• Familiarity with Engineering functions, terminology and duties.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate labour, contractors, materials for breakdown and planned maintenance.
• Assist in investigations and modifications to plant and equipment.
• Assist with BEIMS data accuracy and asset management.
• Support after-hours emergency service as required.
