Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facility Manager to lead FM delivery across a major healthcare facility, ensuring safe, reliable and high‑quality services in a clinical environment. You will be the on‑site operational lead, coordinating maintenance, subcontractors and compliance while supporting clinical operations.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in FM, strong building services knowledge, proven contractor management, stakeholder engagement and leadership.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in FM role
Experience in complex environments such as hospital facilities
Strong understanding of building services and maintenance delivery
Proven contractor management and stakeholder engagement
Ability to manage risk, compliance and operational performance
Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving capability

Responsibilities

Lead FM delivery across the facility and oversee maintenance
Manage subcontractors and procurement
Ensure WHS compliance and safe work practices
Prepare monthly performance reports and defect logs
Build relationships with hospital leaders and clinical teams
Drive safety and continuous improvement culture
