Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in a similar FM role, hospital/clinical facilities experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of building services and maintenance delivery.
• Proven ability to manage contractors and engage stakeholders.
• Demonstrated risk, compliance and operational performance management.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Managing day‑to‑day FM operations including planned maintenance, reactive works and soft services coordination.
• Leading contractor performance, scheduling, supervision and quality assurance.
• Ensuring WHS compliance, inductions, risk assessments and safe work practices.
• Monitoring performance, work orders, compliance tasks and reporting.
• Preparing monthly performance reports, maintenance summaries and defect logs.
• Managing site‑level budgets, invoices, variations and procurement.
• Coordinating shutdowns, inspections and business continuity planning.
• Building strong relationships with hospital leaders and clinical teams.
• Supporting a culture of safety, service excellence and continuous improvement.
