Zusammenfassung

Slade Pharmacy PMQ in Port Macquarie is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for a 12-month contract. Newly registered or community pharmacists are encouraged to apply, with structured training and mentorship provided by an experienced clinical pharmacy team.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to optimise medication management, gain diverse clinical exposure, and support patient care in a hospital setting near the coast. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifikationen

Current general AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
Permanent Australian working rights.
Personal indemnity insurance.
Oncology experience is welcomed and comprehensive training will be provided.

Aufgaben

Work with doctors, nurses and multidisciplinary teams to optimise medication management.
Dispense medications and pharmacy products.
Conduct medication chart reviews and reconciliation.
Coordinate patient medication requirements for inpatient stay, day infusions and discharge.
Develop professional relationships to ensure excellent customer service to patients.
