Job summary

St Vincent's Private Hospital Sydney is seeking a Cleaning Team Member to join the Environmental Services team on a casual basis. You will help keep the hospital clean and safe for patients, visitors and staff, with shifts on mornings or evenings across a 7‑day roster.

Hourly pay is $36.39 (casual loading) plus super and salary packaging, with additional employee benefits and discount options. Training will be provided to ensure high cleaning and infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning (hospital or hotel helpful).
• Works well in a team or independently.
• Reliable, punctual, hardworking and well presented.
• Good communication and people skills.
• Can plan work and manage time well.
• Can work weekdays, weekends, public holidays, mornings and afternoons.
• Can use floor machines (polishers/scrubbers) — helpful but not required.

• Clean rooms and public areas to a high standard.
• Operate floor machines (polishers/scrubbers) as needed.
• Support a 7–day rotating roster with morning or evening shifts.
