Responsibilities

• Support the team to meet daily objectives and safety standards.
• Communicate daily objectives and assign tasks.
• Plan resources to meet Service Level Agreements.
• Track performance and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Ensure induction, onboarding and training to meet DHL requirements.

• Supporting the team to follow Safety Standards and eliminate risks
• Communicate daily objectives and targets to the team and assign tasks
• Planning of resources to achieve desirable outcomes in line with Service Level Agreements
• Tracking of operational performance and identifying continuous improvement opportunities
• Ensuring team members are inducted, onboarded and trained to meet DHL requirements
• Conduct performance dialogues with the team, ensuring clear communication and employee engagement
