Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Australia is seeking a Coordinator to support fast-paced operations and assist the operational team to meet daily objectives while upholding safety standards.

You will plan resources, communicate daily targets, track performance, onboard and train staff, and conduct performance dialogues to foster engagement and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Operational experience in the Supply Chain or Logistics industry.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS), preferably Manhattan.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
• Customer facing/external stakeholder experience.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the team to follow Safety Standards and eliminate risks
• Communicate daily objectives and assign tasks
• Plan resources to achieve desirable outcomes in line with Service Level Agreements
• Track operational performance and identify continuous improvement opportunities
• Ensure team members are inducted, onboarded and trained to meet DHL requirements
