Job summary

MyHouse in Forster is seeking a Casual Retail Assistant to join our team. You will contribute to a beautiful home shopping environment and assist customers with a friendly, helpful approach.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will work in a fast-paced retail setting, with flexibility to weekends and late trading hours.

Previous POS experience preferred; passion for homewares is a plus, and you’ll enjoy product knowledge sessions and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and Point of Sale experience preferably within the homewares field.
• Demonstrated sales experience.
• Outstanding communication skills as well as a high standard of personal presentation.
• A pro-active and enthusiastic approach to work
• Flexibility to work weekends and late trading hours according to business needs/peak trade periods.
• A passion for the retail industry, customer service and homewares!

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Store and Assistant Store Manager you will be part of a team to achieve overall success.
• You will be willing to dive head-first in every aspect of this fast-paced retail environment.
