• Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging environment, including schoolroom, play areas, and children's personal spaces
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks, and manage related domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry
• Supervise children safely in all settings, using sun-safe practices and following established safety procedures
• Organise daily tasks efficiently, ensuring materials and equipment are ready ahead of time
• Support general station operations as needed, including cleaning, basic cooking, supplement distribution, and equipment upkeep
• Support in the Stock camp when needed.

• Previous experience in a similar role, with tutoring or distance education experience highly regarded
• Strong computer literacy and confident using technology for educational and communication purposes
• Demonstrated understanding of child development and ability to support individual learning needs
• Hold a current QLD Blue Card and valid Driver's Licence
• Reliable and detail-oriented, with excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach
• Self-motivated with a mature, practical attitude and sound problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated initiative and a proactive approach to contributing beyond core responsibilities
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively as part of a small, supportive team
