Job summary

Care Live Smile in Northern Sydney seeks Home Support Workers for casual shifts to assist elderly and clients with disabilities at home. You will provide personal care, help with daily activities, prepare meals and accompany clients to appointments and social activities.

The role requires relevant first aid, police check or screening, vaccination with booster, and a willingness to travel across surrounding suburbs. Available on casual basis with flexible hours is preferred.

Qualifications

• First Aid qualification HLTAID003/HLTAID011/HLTAID004/HLTAID012 required.
• NDIS Worker Screening ID or AU National Police Check required.
• COVID-19 vaccination with booster required.
• Available most days and can start ASAP.
• Willing to work casual shifts and travel to surrounding suburbs.

**To support the elderly and clients with disabilities at home.

• Personal care- showering, dressing up, toileting, transfer assist, etc.
• Domestic assistance- assistance with cleaning and other housework.
• Meal preparation- cooking and preparing meals for the client.
• Transport service/ social support- driving to appointments, outings, shopping, and other recreational activities.

Basic job requirements (for domestic assistance):

• First Aid (HLTAID003, HLTAID011, HLTAID004, HLTAID012)
• NDIS Worker Screening IDorAU National Police Check
• COVID-19 fully vaccinated with booster
• Available most days and can start ASAP
• Willing to work on a casual basis and to travel in the surrounding suburbs

For personal care service, you must have all the above requirements and:
