Job summary

Regis is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Assistant to support older Australians in their own homes across the Sunshine Coast region.

You will help with personal care, daily tasks and social activities, promoting independence and dignity while delivering compassionate support.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) required.
• Experience in community or aged care desirable.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised in-home care to maintain independence and wellbeing.
• Assist with personal care, household tasks and daily routines.
• Support clients with social activities and companionship.
• Build positive relationships and deliver care with safety and respect.

About the Role
Provide personalised care and support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, wellbeing and daily routines. You’ll assist with personal care, household tasks and social support, while building positive relationships and delivering care with respect and compassion.

What You’ll Bring

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
• Experience in community or aged care (desirable)
• Compassionate, client-focused approach
• Reliable and flexible availability
• Current full driver’s licence and access to a reliable, registered and insured vehicle
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
