Job summary

Regis Aged Care invites you to join our Victoria-based home care team. You will provide personalised support to clients in their own homes, helping with daily routines, personal care and social activities to promote independence and wellbeing.

Flexible shifts and ongoing training support are offered, with travel between client visits and opportunities for career development. A current driver's license and First Aid/CPR are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent.
• Experience in community or aged care (desirable).
• Compassionate, client-focused approach.
• Reliable and flexible availability.
• Current full driver’s licence and access to a reliable, registered and insured vehicle.
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised care and support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, wellbeing and daily routines.
• Assist with personal care, household tasks and social support.
• Build positive relationships and deliver care with respect and compassion.
