Job summary

MiCare Sdn Bhd in Melbourne is seeking a Home Support Worker to help clients live independently in their own homes within Victoria. You will deliver a range of in-home services aligned with care plans while promoting safety and dignity.

The role requires comfort with light domestic tasks, monitoring client well-being, and timely documentation. A Certificate II in Cleaning is advantageous; experience with elder care and dementia is valued. Pre-employment checks apply.

Qualifications

• Computer literate with the ability to use a smart device for care notes, rostering, MiCare processes such as leave application.

The Role

The Home Support Worker sits within the community home care programs and supports the independence of clients to continue to live in the community. The role will deliver a range of services to clients who are assessed as requiring a low level of care in and around their own private home in alignment with care plans.
