Create your best future and join Westpac as a Home Finance Manager. Drive new business opportunities, rebuild and grow existing relationships.
What’s the role? As a Home Finance Manager, you will assist Westpac customers with their dream of owning their own home. You’ll be one of the friendly faces of our branch in Inala, for both new and existing customers to meet when it’s time to apply for a home loan (or even before then!).
Using your solid understanding of mortgage products and services and the local market, you’ll build great relationships with our customers. Service will become second nature to you, as you meet with customers to find out what their financial needs are today – and what goals they have for tomorrow. And then match them up with the financial products that will bring them closer to making those goals a reality.
What do I need? Experience with lending is essential for your success. Representing the Westpac brand - you’ll need to be a people person through and through, someone who thrives on building great relationships from the very first conversation – and maintaining that quality.
Why join us? We’re obsessed with becoming our customers' #1 banking partner for life and we’re looking for people who are passionate about helping us achieve that goal. In return, we’re committed to making Westpac the best place to work in the country.
We’re all about creating a supportive and inclusive community. We welcome everyone – no matter your age, gender, background, or abilities. We also provide additional support to welcome our veterans, Indigenous Australians and neurodiverse community.
