The opportunity

We are currently seeking multiple Home Care Workers to join our compassionate and dedicated team. In this role, you’ll provide individualised, flexible, and high-quality care to people in the community, helping them maintain their independence and live well in their own homes.

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Assisting in the provision of individualised care using a consumer-directed approach
  • Helping clients with activities of daily living according to their care plans, including personal care, domestic assistance, and social support
  • Ensuring privacy, confidentiality, and dignity for all clients
  • Responding to emergency situations using first aid
  • Maintaining accurate records of client care
  • Reporting any incidents or hazards
What you will need
  • Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or Community Services is highly desired
  • Current Australian Driver\'s License and willing to travel
  • Registered and insured vehicle
  • Compassion, empathy, and a passion for helping others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Confidence in using technology
