Job summary

Silver Chain Group is hiring Care Workers to assist older clients at home across multiple Metro, Bayside, Logan Valley and West Moreton areas. The role offers guaranteed hours with weekday shifts, no weekends or on-call requirements, and an hourly award rate with superannuation and paid kilometers.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 months in a similar role, a valid driver's licence and own vehicle, and are committed to delivering compassionate, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal care and domestic tasks in a care setting.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and families.
• Comfort with independent work and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Help with housekeeping, cleaning, laundry and meal prep.
• Assist clients with personal care routines and mobility.
• Support medications administration and daily activities.
• Provide transport support and accompany clients to appointments.
