Mercy Aged and Community Care Ltd – Young NSW is seeking casual Home Care workers to support clients to remain living at home, providing respite, personal care, domestic assistance and carer support in accordance with care plans and as directed by Care Advisors.
You’ll work in a multi-disciplinary team, communicate changes to the Care Advisor, listen to clients, and help reduce loneliness while delivering patient-centred care.
