Job summary

Mercy Health in Newcastle seeks Caring and Compassionate Home Care Workers to support clients in their own homes, helping maintain independence and quality of life with empathy and respect. This casual role requires weekend availability, a valid driver's license and own car, First Aid Level 2, and appropriate aged care qualifications.

You’ll join a dedicated team delivering person-centered care and community access in the Newcastle–Lake Macquarie region.

Qualifications

• Own car with insurance and a valid driver's license.

• Certificate III or IV in Home and Community Care/Aged Care/Disability.
• NDIS worker screening check.

We’re currently seeking Caring and Compassionate Home Care Workers to join our growing team in the Newcastle – Lake Macquarie region. In this rewarding and flexible role, you’ll help our clients maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. You’ll be a trusted presence and a source of warmth and reassurance, providing meaningful support that enhances their daily lives.

Your day may include:
