Mercy Health Australia is seeking a Casual Home Care Worker to support clients in their own homes across the Western Suburbs of Melbourne. You will provide personal care, domestic tasks, meal preparation, and assistance with shopping and community access while maintaining independence and dignity.

We value empathy, strong communication, teamwork, and a reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s licence. NDIs checks and First Aid are required; training and flexible hours are available to fit your

Competenze

• Certificate III or IV in Home and Community Care/Aged Care/Disability.
• First Aid Certificate (Level 2).
• NDIS workers screening check.
• NDIS Orientation Module Completion Certificate.
• Driver's License and car insurance/registration.
• Evidence of required checks prior to start.
