Job summary

MacDonnell Regional Council invites applications for a Team Leader - Home Care based in Papunya. This full-time fixed-term role (to 30 June 2027 with potential extension) includes relocation allowance and community-based housing, plus 6 weeks of annual leave with 17.5% loading.

You will lead a small local team to deliver client care plans to aged and disability clients, ensuring high-quality, culturally appropriate services in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a small team in human services or related fields.
• Ability to work in culturally and linguistically diverse environments.
• Demonstrated commitment to high-quality client care and community impact.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person for the local home care team and supervise daily operations.
• Ensure services identified in client care plans are delivered to aged and disability clients.
• Develop and implement a daily work plan for the team and coordinate rosters and duties.
