Job summary

The Mercy Health Group in Geelong is seeking a Registered Nurse G3 to support clients living independently at home by delivering complex nursing care and developing care plans. You will assess and review client needs and provide ongoing clinical oversight within home care hubs in Geelong, Northwest, or Southeast.

You will also support orientation of new staff, assist with DVA funding knowledge, and contribute to a compassionate team environment.

Qualifications

• Evidence of Nursing Registration (AHPRA) is required.
• Excellent clinical, time management and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to develop and implement nursing care plans for home-based clients.
• Experience in home care is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide complex nursing care to meet individual needs at home.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans; assess, review and evaluate client care.
• Provide clinical oversight for complex clients and those without a case manager.
• Support orientation of new staff and contribute to a collaborative team.
