Southern Cross Care NSW & ACT is seeking a compassionate and reliable Permanent Part-Time Home Care Employee to support older people in their own homes across Ballina and surrounding areas. You will work a minimum of 40 hours per fortnight with availability on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, providing personal care and daily living support tailored to each client’s needs.

The Role

Our Home Care services are dedicated to empowering older people to live safely, independently, and comfortably in their own homes. We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Permanent Part-Time Home Care Employee to work a minimum of 40 hours per fortnight, with availability on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

In this rewarding role, you will provide personalised support, including personal care, transport assistance, and daily living support, tailored to each client's individual needs. The successful candidate will hold a relevant Aged Care qualification, have a genuine passion for supporting older people, and be willing to travel throughout Ballina, Lismore, Lennox Head, and surrounding areas to deliver high-quality care that enhances our clients' wellbeing and independence.
