Job summary

Uniting AgeWell Limited is hiring part-time Domestic Support workers to assist older people at home across Mildura and surrounding communities. You will perform domestic tasks, maintain a safe and comfortable home, and build respectful relationships with clients and families.

These roles require daytime availability on at least three weekdays, with 20 hours per fortnight guaranteed. No formal qualification is required; training is provided, and you’ll join a supportive, not-for-profit team

Qualifications

• Experience in domestic support or housekeeping is desirable.
• Commitment to respectful, high-quality support.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Providing domestic assistance and household support tailored to each client.
• Supporting clients to maintain a safe, clean and comfortable home environment.
• Building respectful, professional relationships with clients and families.
• Respecting and incorporating each client's cultural and individual needs.
• Maintaining accurate records and completing required documentation.
• Working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to support positive client outcomes.
