Job summary

Royal Freemasons Benevolent Institution (RFBI) is a leading aged care provider with 22 residential villages and 20 retirement villages across NSW and ACT, delivering compassionate, high-quality care to residents.

This role supports clients with daily living, personal care and social activities; requires a Certificate III in Aged/Community Care, current First Aid, a full Australian driver’s licence, and weekend availability. Opportunities for development and salary packaging are available.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged or Community Care required.
• Current First Aid Certificate required.
• Willingness to work weekends and provide high-quality client care.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with daily living, personal care, general house cleaning, shopping, respite and social supports.
• Follow clients' care plans and report changes to the Care at Home Coordinator.
• Assist with medication supervision and record basic clinical observations.
• Liaise with families and health professionals to ensure client needs are met.
