Job summary

Vitalis Health is seeking an experienced Casual Physiotherapist to join a multidisciplinary team in the Greater Sydney region. You will conduct in-home assessments, develop individualized rehabilitation plans, and support clients in improving mobility and independence within their own homes.

This role offers flexible, community-based work with clinical autonomy while remaining connected to a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Qualified Physiotherapist with current registration (AHPRA).
• Experience with NDIS participants or community-based care is preferred.
• Ability to develop and implement individualised rehabilitation plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct home-based physiotherapy assessments and treatments.
• Develop and deliver personalised rehabilitation plans.
• Support clients to improve mobility, strength and balance.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and families.
