Job summary

Cultura is seeking a Support Worker (Aged and Disability) to deliver high-quality home care within Geelong region. You will support personal care, housekeeping and mobility, while protecting client rights and privacy.

The role requires a Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent, First Aid/CPR, NDIS orientation, and a valid Australian driver’s licence with a registered vehicle. Police and health checks may be required.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care or Disability Services or working towards one.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
• Experience in community aged or disability services.
• Clear communication and friendly demeanour.
• Current Australian driver's licence and access to a registered vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Establish meaningful relationships with clients and families, respecting choices.
• Provide home care including housekeeping, personal care, respite and medication prompting.
• Support clients with aids and equipment and assist with exercises and allied health plans.
• Maintain accurate confidential notes and report concerns promptly.
• Transport clients and participate in team meetings and training.
