Overview

Looking to meet new people and earn some extra cash over the summer? We’re looking for customer focused, curious, creative thinkers who have a love for fashion to join us over the upcoming holiday season. We are recruiting for casual and fixed term contracts from November 2025 – Dec 2025.

As a Sales Advisor you are responsible for delivering the best customer experience. You always put our customers first - offering assistance and sharing your product and fashion knowledge, always creating an environment that is easy and inspiring to shop.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with and welcome our customers in the service areas and on the sales floor.
  • Use your product and fashion knowledge to inspire the customer by offering purchasing suggestions, and promoting campaigns, offers and activities.
  • Keep the fixtures full and tidy regularly throughout the day to maximise sales.
  • Maintain great garment care and replenishment of sizes and styles across your department.
  • Ensure all routines are followed at the cash desks and fitting rooms to maximise customer satisfaction.
  • Drives Hello Member program in line with store goals.
Qualifications
  • A customer service mindset where you always prioritise the customers’ needs while serving as a brand ambassador.
  • A knowledge of fashion and a genuine interest in fashion trends.
  • A team player who is socially confident and able to communicate with both customers and colleagues.

Additional Information

We are hiring for Casual Team Members, and Part Time 12 hourbase contracts for a maximum term basis, starting in November. Due to data policies, we only accept applications through career page.
