About the Role

As a Client Services Executive, you’ll be the heartbeat of our property owner relationships. You’ll be their go-to person for maximizing the value of their investments while delivering top-notch service to both owners and travellers. Reporting to the Holiday Manager and supported by our central leadership team, you’ll manage a portfolio of properties and ensure everything runs smoothly, from pricing to property care to guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Portfolio Growth: Drive monthly growth by expanding your portfolio of accommodation properties.

Community Engagement: Network with local businesses and community groups to boost referrals.

Property Management: Oversee property inspections, maintenance, presentation, and compliance with onboarding/offboarding procedures.

Owner & Traveller Relationships: Build strong relationships with property owners and ensure travellers have the best possible experience.

Vendor Management: Manage cleaning staff, contractors, and property inspectors to ensure seamless operations.

Teamwork: Collaborate with the team and support the positive culture of Alloggio.

What We’re Looking For:

A well-connected local professional with solid property management experience.

Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

A sharp mind for business acumen and a passion for growth.

Experience with industry-specific tools (RMS, HomHero, Guesty, or similar).

Current Driver's License and eligibility to work in Australia.
