Job summary

The Good Guys is seeking enthusiastic Christmas Casuals to join our friendly team. As a Peak Trade Team Member you will engage customers, assist on the shop floor, and help deliver a positive in-store experience.

Roles start in late August with start dates from mid-late September, depending on store needs. You may work across multiple stores within a designated area and must be available during the peak period (September 2026 to February 2027).

Responsibilities

• Interacting with customers by proactively engaging and educating them to support their purchases.
• Working as part of a team to deliver a positive in-store experience for our customers.
• Delivering in-store customer service duties in line with standard procedures, including assisting customers on the shop floor, answering phone calls and fulfilling online orders.
• Maintaining a high level of merchandising standards across the store.
