Job summary

Goldmark Shellharbour is looking for a Christmas Casual Sales Assistant to help customers find jewellery and watches they love during the busy festive season.

This fixed-term position runs through 17 January 2027 with flexible shifts, on-the-floor support and welcoming training. No jewellery experience required as full training is provided, and there are opportunities for ongoing casual, part-time or full-time roles after Christmas.

• No jewellery or retail experience required; training will be provided.

What you'll be doing

As part of our Christmas team, you'll:

• Help customers find jewellery and watches they'll love while delivering fun, personalised customer service.
• Build confidence, retail skills and product knowledge through on-the-job training and eLearning.
• Create stylish product displays, replenish stock and keep the store looking fresh, inviting and on trend.
• Work alongside an energetic team during the busiest and most exciting retail season of the year.
