HOKA is seeking a Store Leader for our Chermside store. You will oversee daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving brand growth in a fast-paced retail setting.

Working with the State Manager, you will manage rosters, wage spend, visual merchandising, and build community connections through partnerships and events. Proven Store Manager or senior-level experience and a hands-on leadership style are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Senior-Level Assistant Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to lead from the front and inspire high performance.
• Strong rostering, wage control, visual merchandising, and stock control skills.
• Experience building cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to meet sales, KPIs, visual merchandising standards, stock levels, shrinkage and wage targets.
• Lead by example to drive high performance across the store.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals.
• Manage rosters and wage spend in line with business targets and GRIA compliance.
• Coach and develop team members through succession planning and ongoing training.
• Champion a positive store culture and maintain high levels of team morale.
• Drive community activations and partnerships with sporting events and health professionals.
• Ensure compliance with OH&S legislation at all times.

Location: Chermside | Full-Time | 38 hrs Tuesday – Saturday

The Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Store Leader to take charge of our Chadstone store. This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to step up and own the success of a fast-paced, community-focused retail environment.

Working closely with your State Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing team and play a key role in delivering best-in-class customer experiences, building strong community relationships, and driving brand growth beyond the four walls of the store.

What You’ll Be Doing
