Flexihire is currently seeking to appoint a dynamic and motivated person to join the team in our established Biggera Waters branch. You will be part of a growing team with local support branches and a total of 17 other branches throughout the state.
Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.
Generate quotes, provide pricing and availability to clients and make booking of hire equipment.
Support a culture of upselling at every opportunity.
Co-ordinate deliveries and pick ups.
Learn about machinery from small hand tools to large compaction rollers & more.
Co-ordinating, assisting and liaising with mechanics in the workshop.
Introduction into a growing career opportunity.
Assisting customers with loading and unloading equipment as well as the occasional delivery to customer sites as well as yard work as required
Typical hours are 7am - 5pm Monday to Friday

Previous Hire Controlling or Hire industry experience very highly regarded.
A proven ability to be adaptable to changing priorities and work conditions including the ability to both work as part of a team and to work autonomously to complete tasks within required timeframes.
Sound experience with IT applications including Microsoft suite.
Time management skills including the ability to plan ahead and reschedule in accordance with changes in priorities.
Ability to run reports, audit documentation and adhere to procedures
