Job summary

The University of Sydney is seeking an enthusiastic Outreach and Access Officer in Sydney to develop and deliver engaging content for events, workshops and outreach activities on and off campus.

You will work with the Domestic Recruitment and Access team to coordinate projects, events and high school engagement, building strong relationships with schools and community partners to create positive experiences for prospective students.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational, time and workload management in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to deliver presentations for high school students.
• Knowledge of higher education, student pathways, outreach, or STEM education in a high school context.
• Experience in project coordination, event planning and delivery.
• Analytical skills including data gathering, analysis and reporting.
• Interpersonal and relationship management with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated initiative, flexibility and sound judgement to resolve issues.
