Responsibilities

• Deliver high-volume recruitment.
• Pipeline constantly to stay ahead of demand.
• Handle compliance, medicals, and onboarding.
• Keep candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process.
• Build strong relationships with site stakeholders.
• Attend quarterly site visits to strengthen client relationships.
• Support safety reporting and incident tracking, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and accurate data capture.
