Synergie Australia is seeking a Recruitment Consultant in Rockhampton to take ownership of established client accounts in a busy, high-volume environment. There is no cold selling—just delivery—so speed, trust, and candidate engagement are key to success.

You will manage high-volume recruitment, build relationships with site stakeholders, and support onboarding, compliance and safety reporting, while developing deep client partnerships in the region.

Qualifications

• Agency recruitment experience, blue-collar preferred.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to handle high volumes.
• Fast, responsive and solutions-focused approach.
• Confident communicator who builds trust quickly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-volume recruitment for established client accounts.
• Maintain a steady pipeline to meet demand.
• Handle compliance, medicals and onboarding processes.
• Keep candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process.
• Build strong relationships with site stakeholders.
• Attend quarterly site visits for operational insight.
• Support safety reporting and incident tracking with accurate data.
